Upcoming Show Postcard

May 31, 2010

June 3, 2009

The Portland, Oregon Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation along with Wend Magazine are having a benefit art show at Lizard Lounge, 1323 NW Irving Street, for Surfrider’s ongoing programs to benefit our oceans and the Ban the Bag campaign. I will have several canvas prints for sale as part of the benefit show.

The show from 7-10 p.m. will feature various regional surf artists, music by the very talented, Jay Nash and lots of beer courtesy of Widmer Brothers Brewery. Come on down, grab a drink, peep some art, check out the live band, and show your support for Mother Ocean.

Benefit: 15% of all event proceeds go to The Surfrider Foundation

Bonus: 20% off all regular price merchandise from 7-10pm. (not to be combined with other offers)

Clean Water Classic

May 11, 2009

The Clean Water Classic will be a new venue for me. I’m excited to have an opportunity to show my art there. The event is organized and put on by volunteers from the Pacific Northwest chapters of Surfrider Foundation and serves as one of their major fundraisers. The Classic is the only Pro/Am contest held in the region. In 2008 it attracted over 1000 spectators and nearly 150 contestants.

I’ll have several new paintings on display as well as new prints for sale. I hope some of you get a chance to come on out to enjoy the ocean, beach and the event.
